What are the Opening Days & Shuttles?

• Open: Fri–Sun with shuttles (year-round, except August and part of January).

• Other days: Pedal riding possible (no reservation required).

• Weekday shuttles: Only with minimum 6 riders or by paying the full price. Booking only via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone (Wed–Sun, 16:00–18:00).

• Mon & Tue: Closed

Bookings?

• Normal calendar: Always through the website.

• Extra services (shuttles/guides etc.): Only via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone (Wed–Sun, 16:00–18:00).

Entry & Use?

• Entry fee: Always required, even with shuttle-only.

• Without shuttle: Trails accessible with entry fee (both downhill & uphill).

Courses & Guides?

• Courses: Offered by external instructors (e.g. Nico: +34 645 37 45 18).

• Guide service: For showing trails & pace only (no technical coaching). Booking via email/WhatsApp/phone (Wed–Sun, 16:00–18:00).

Insurance Coverage?

• Accidental death: €3,000

• Permanent disability: €6,000

• Medical assistance/rescue/transfer: €6,000

• First emergency: €6,000

• Non-urgent expenses: €1,000

• Rehabilitation: 20 sessions

• Dental: €300
  (In-itinere excluded, max claim €600,000)

Accommodation?

• Castle rooms: Only if cabins are full and approved by staff.

• Cabins: 2× quadruple, 1× sextuple (beds + private bathroom, no kitchen/fridge).

• Private: Not shared with other groups.

• Meals: We do not offer Breakfast or Dinner.
